Shipping Terms & Guidelines

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard, expedited, and express options depending on your location. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. No code needed—discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship to select international locations. If interested in shipping internationally, please contact us at contact@propercompanygolf.com. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Proper Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier or reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Changes
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been processed.
