We want you to love your purchase from Proper Company. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
How to start a return:
Please contact us at contact@propercompanygolf.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
