How do I track my order?

Do You offer free shipping?
Who doesn't love free shipping!? We offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal value over $50.
When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
We want you to get that gear you have been waiting for so our fulfillment team typically sends out packages within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been shipped, delivery time is based on your selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase from Proper Company. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
